Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your initial purchase date. This cooling-off period allows you to evaluate the content and determine if it meets your learning objectives.
Course Completion
You must have completed less than 25% of the course content. This ensures that refunds are requested by learners who genuinely cannot benefit from the material, rather than those who have already accessed substantial content.
Technical Issues
If you experience persistent technical problems that prevent access to course materials, despite our support team's assistance, you may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the time limit.
Duplicate Purchases
Accidental duplicate purchases are eligible for immediate full refunds when reported within 30 days of the transaction date.

You'll receive an email notification with our decision. If approved, we'll provide details about the refund amount and expected processing time.
Account Access
Upon refund approval, your access to the course materials will be revoked immediately. Any downloaded materials should be deleted as per our terms of service.
Processing Timeframes
Non-Refundable Items
Certain purchases are not eligible for refunds due to their nature or the way they're delivered. These include:
One-on-one consultation sessions that have already been conducted, personalized financial analysis reports that have been delivered, and course materials that have been completed beyond the 25% threshold. Additionally, promotional or discounted courses purchased during special sales events may have modified refund terms.
Gift purchases have their own set of guidelines - the gift recipient has the same refund rights as a regular purchaser, but the refund will be processed to the original purchaser's payment method.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds as an alternative to full refunds. This typically applies when you've accessed a portion of the course content but still qualify for a refund due to exceptional circumstances. Partial refund amounts are calculated proportionally based on content accessed and the specific situation.
We also offer course credits as an alternative to cash refunds. These credits can be applied toward other courses on our platform and never expire, giving you flexibility to continue your financial education journey at a pace that works for you.
